This is a mix technique book cover.
At first I worked on various proposals for layout, painting decorative elements in photoshop.
Then, when client choose one of them, Gabriele Sina made a 3d model base,
and I worked on lighting, texturing, shading, photoshop painting and final retouching.
The dragon illustration in centre of ultimate book cover isn’t mine. This is the previous Rowan book publishing illustration. So I prefer to show in gallery the cover with an illustration of my own (the winter elflike spirit with crystal balls).
